Overview

Classic Exhaust Systems LLC is hosting a promotional raffle giveaway in conjunction with the Carlisle Spring Meet and other trade show appearances. By participating in this raffle, entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

1. Eligibility

•The raffle is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

•Entrants must either own a classic vehicle manufactured between 1919–1980, or represent a registered restoration/custom shop that services this vehicle range.

•Employees of Classic Exhaust Systems LLC, affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

 

2. How to Enter

•No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

•Entrants may submit entries in person at the Classic Exhaust Systems LLC trade show booth.

•Only one entry per individual or business is permitted. A bonus entry is granted upon following @ClassicExhaust440 on Instagram or Facebook.

•All entries must include required contact information and vehicle/shop details. Incomplete or inaccurate forms may be disqualified.

 

3. Prize Description

•One (1) grand prize will be awarded: a complete, OEM-style custom exhaust system.

•The system will be built to the winner’s provided specifications for a qualifying vehicle (1919–1980).

•The prize includes free manufacturing and domestic shipping. Installation is not included.

•Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $500–$800 USD, depending on vehicle specs.

•The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification

•One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

•The drawing will take place at the conclusion of the trade show event.

•The selected winner will be contacted via phone or email within 5 business days of the drawing.

•If the winner does not respond within 7 business days, a new winner will be selected.

 

5. Prize Fulfillment Process

•Once confirmed, the winner must provide detailed specifications:

o Vehicle make, model, and year

o Engine type and drivetrain info

o Notable modifications (if any)

•Production begins upon receipt of specifications. Turnaround time is typically 2–6 weeks.

•The completed exhaust system will be shipped to the address provided by the winner.

 

6. Publicity and Consent

•By accepting the prize, the winner grants Classic Exhaust Systems LLC permission to use their name, location (city/state), vehicle information, and photos in marketing and promotional materials (e.g., website, social media, flyers).

•No compensation will be provided for such use beyond the prize awarded.

 

 

7. Liability Release

•Classic Exhaust Systems LLC is not liable for:

o Any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries

o Delays in shipping or production

o Installation issues or post-delivery use of the prize

o Technical issues that affect entry or winner selection

 

8. Privacy Policy

•Personal information submitted is collected solely for raffle administration and customer communication.

•Data will not be sold, leased, or shared with third parties unless required to fulfill the prize.

 

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

•Classic Exhaust Systems LLC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this raffle at any time without notice due to fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

10. Legal Jurisdiction

•This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

•Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Ohio.
