Return/Refund Policy

At Classic Exhaust LLC, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the best products and services. However, due to increased costs of materials and labor, we are unable to offer refunds on any orders. We stand behind the quality of our exhaust systems and will gladly provide complimentary re-bending of any incorrectly fabricated or damaged parts under the following conditions:

  • You are using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manifolds.

  • Accurate information about your vehicle was provided at the time of purchase.

If the entire system was fabricated for a different vehicle, a refund may be considered.

​

Please note that if you plan to use headers with a stainless or aluminized system, or if you choose oversized piping, it is your responsibility to modify the system to fit. Doing so will void any warranties, and in such cases, the system is sold "AS-IS."

If incorrect information is provided regarding your vehicle, any required corrections will be the customer’s financial responsibility. While we strive to gather accurate information to avoid these issues, we can no longer cover minor errors at our expense.

 

Return Eligibility - (Only If Entire System is Incorrect)

  • Return requests must be made within [14 days] from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • The product must be unused and free from any damage or alterations.

  • All returned systems are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

How to Initiate a Return Request

To request new parts or report issues with your exhaust system, please take clear photos of the issue and send your requests to ClassicExhaust440@gmail.com

Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Label Via UPS, if applicable.

 

Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be processed within [3-7 business days] after we receive and approve your return or refund request.

 

Refund Method

Refunds for product purchases will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase or Company Check.

 

Non-Refundable Items

Products are non-refundable/returnable after 14 days from the delivery date unless they are under warranty.

Classic Exhaust Systems LLC reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time, and the latest version will be posted on this page.
