All exhaust systems are built to OEM tolerances. Due to the nature of exhaust fabrication, minor adjustments might be required. Our kits will get you approximately 95% of the way there — any final fitting or adjustments are the customer’s responsibility.

Vehicle modifications (manifolds, mounts, suspension, frame, etc.) may cause additional fitment issues. Customers must disclose all changes prior to ordering.

OEM Kits – Sold AS‑IS and non‑refundable. Eligible for free rebending of only the specific pipe(s) with verified fitment issues, provided the vehicle matches OEM specs given at order.

Custom Kits – Sold AS‑IS with no refunds, returns, or rebending under any circumstances.

If your system was fabricated based on incorrect information you provided, any correction will be at your expense. If accurate vehicle data was provided and our team fabricated for the wrong make/model, we will provide a replacement and may consider a refund at our discretion.


🔄 Complimentary Re-Bending (Warranty Tiers)

Customers who qualify under our Plus or Premium Warranty Tiers may receive one free re-bend if their system does not fit due to fabrication error or fitment oversight.

To qualify:

You must have provided accurate and complete vehicle data at time of order.

You must submit a claim via our Warranty Form.

You must have selected stock/OEM configuration (non-header, non-custom routing).

The exhaust system must not be altered or modified before inspection.


⚙️ Warranty-Based Returns & Eligibility

Returns are only accepted if the entire system was fabricated incorrectly and meet the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

System is unused and in original packaging

No modifications (e.g., cutting, welding, altering pipe length or hangers)

Includes photos, install notes, and proof of misfit

Return is pre-authorized by our support team

Note: All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or via company check within 3–7 business days of return approval.


🧾 Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Systems ordered with headers or oversized piping

Kits that were modified by the customer

Requests made after 14 days

Standard phone or video tech support bookings

Errors caused by incorrect information submitted at checkout

These systems are sold “AS-IS” and are not covered under any tier of warranty unless explicitly pre-approved.


☎️ Paid Technical Support (Non-Refundable)

All paid technical support sessions (phone, install assistance, or video walkthroughs) are non-refundable unless Classic Exhaust determines that a fabrication error occurred during the call. Proof of purchase is required for booking.


📝 How to File a Warranty Claim

To report an issue, request a re-bend, or initiate a return, please:

  1. Visit our Warranty Claim Page

  2. Upload photos and VIN or casting numbers

  3. Describe the issue in detail

  4. Allow 1–3 business days for review

If eligible, we will issue a prepaid UPS return label or send corrected components at no charge (warranty tier dependent).
